Please upload your presentation file by June 5 using the manual here in PDF.

If you dont have mail from Meetinghand with the link to upload plesae send

email to: sylgja@verkvist.is with subject: Link for upload.

Full upload instructions are available in the document “Upload Instructions” located in the main folder within the weekday folders.

  • Oral/Workshop presentations must be in .pptx format

  • Posters may be uploaded as .pdf, but a printed copy is ALSO required onsite.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

​​

  • Each oral presentation is allocated 10 minutes.
    Please note that the time limit is strict and will be enforced to ensure the program stays on schedule.

  • We will soon update our website with information on how to submit your presentation files, but in the meantime, please follow these technical guidelines:
     

Presentation Format

  • We strongly recommend using PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX) format.

  • Please use widescreen format (16:9) for best compatibility.

  • If your presentation includes videos or multimedia elements, please make sure they have been tested on a different computer to ensure smooth playback. 

  • Please note that non-standard fonts will not appear correctly unless they are installed on the computer that is playing the presentation.

 

Conference Branding

  • We encourage presenters to include the Healthy Buildings 2025 logo in the bottom left corner of their slides.
    This is optional, but helps unify the visual style of the conferenc    e.    ​

POSTER FORMAT AND CONTENT CRITERIA​​​

  • There is no official poster template and no printing services will be available on site.
     

  • The poster content must correspond to the abstract that was accepted by the scientific committee i.e., title, authors and affiliations, etc.
     

  • Maximum size is A1: 594 x 841 mm (23.4 x 33.1 inches)
     

  • Portrait Orientation
     

  • Minimum font size is 14 pt
     

  • There are no restrictions regarding use of colours
     

  • Use at least five graphics i.e., figures, graphs or tables
     

  • Include the conference logo in the bottom left corner
     

  • Please bring your printed poster with you and deliver it to the service desk on the morning of Monday, June 9.
    You will then be directed to the appropriate location to display your poster, either in the Sun area or the hallway.
     

  • Feel free to use any academic poster template, so long as the above criteria are followed.
